spirit.dev is a passion project. There's no company behind it, no investors, no team — just one person who saw practitioners struggle with expensive, complicated booking tools and decided to build something better. For free.
That means I put my own time and my own money into this. It also means there are things you should know before you sign up:
There's no support team to call or chat with. This is a free tool run by one person — that's the trade-off. If something is broken, you can submit a bug report and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Instead of a helpdesk, I'll build clear docs and YouTube walkthroughs that cover everything step by step. These will grow and improve over time as more people use the tool.
It's built and maintained by one person. Bugs will happen. I'll squash them, but please be patient — and report anything that doesn't look right.
